Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Project Support Officer to join the Group Transformation Office, supporting major transformation and improvement programmes across Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group., As a Project Support Officer, you will work closely with Programme Managers, Project Managers and clinical and operational colleagues to help coordinate projects, maintain programme governance, monitor progress and support the successful delivery of change initiatives. You will play an important role in ensuring projects are well organised, effectively monitored and aligned to agreed plans and PMO standards, This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and experience supporting projects or programmes within a complex environment. You will help coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation, track actions, monitor risks and support reporting processes across multiple workstreams. The role will also support stakeholder engagement, communication activity and implementation planning as projects move through delivery and into operational practice.

This Group-level role is primarily based in Norwich but supports all three Trusts within the Group and will require occasional travel to Great Yarmouth and King's Lynn.If you are collaborative, adaptable and passionate about supporting meaningful transformation that improves services for patients and staff, we would welcome your application.
