Full Job Description
You will be based in the Quality and Standards Assessment Management (QSAM) team, supporting internal and external members of Quality and Standards Assessment Committees (QSAC). Key responsibilities include:
+ managing and monitoring email enquiries (internal and external);
+ providing administrative support to other projects and assignments as required;
+ arranging training sessions for QSAC members;
+ providing assistance for recruitment activities for external academic assessors;
+ engagement with stakeholders across Quality and Standards Assessment teams., The aim of the role 'Project Support Administrator' is to provide high quality and pro-active support to specific teams, enabling them to carry out their roles as effectively as possible. Key responsibilities include working with other administrators to contribute to best practice; and proactively adding to the development and improvement of relevant administrative processes. The role requires engagement with internal and external stakeholders in order to plan and manage activities related to the functions of those they support., At the OfS, we recognise that flexibility can enable people to work more effectively. A set of organisation-wide principles shape our approach to flexible and hybrid working, which our teams then use as guidance on how they deliver their business goals. This would usually mean working from the office for two or three days in a typical week.
