Project Supervisor - Recycling Team

An exciting opportunity awaits for a motivated and organised professional to join the Recycling Team as a Project Supervisor in the vibrant borough of Camden. You will play an integral part in improving recycling services, supporting public engagement, and implementing innovative environmental initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver recycling education and contamination reduction plans.
• Supervise and coordinate the recycling advisor team, ensuring effective task allocation and progress monitoring.
• Collect, analyse, and present data to inform project decisions and evaluate outcomes.
• Design and deliver stakeholder and community engagement activities to encourage recycling participation.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Manage team schedules, track progress, and ensure all objectives are achieved efficiently.
• Assess and report on service trials, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Support broader Strategy & Services Team activities to enhance waste and recycling services.
  
  Experience in project support, supervision, or coordination.
• Background or knowledge in recycling, waste management, or environmental sustainability is desirable.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in IT applications and data analysis, with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
