Project & Service Change Manager

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project and Service Change Manager to join our Transformation Team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, design and deliver improvements that make a real difference to patient care, staff experience, and the sustainability of our services.

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams across the Trust to redesign pathways, manage complex service improvement projects, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients to stay healthy, when they need it most., Stretching across Northern, Eastern and Mid Devon, we have a workforce of over 15,000 staff, making us the largest employer in Devon.
