Project and Sales Director

Project Direction: Overseeing research, strategy, planning, product/service development, execution, and project delivery, Responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, and resources while leading cross functional teams to achieve project objectives and ensuring alignment with organisational goals. The role demands strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to navigate challenges, maintain stakeholder relationships, and deliver results. A focus on strategic planning, team collaboration, and performance monitoring is essential for driving project success and contributing to the organisation's growth. Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain key clients, including senior management of care providers, in particular care homes and sheltered accommodation. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including care providers, NHS representatives, and private organisations.

We are seeking a proactive and driven Senior Project Director and Sales Lead to spearhead project delivery and revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in establishing the service in the UK, driving sales strategy, managing client relationships, and overseeing project execution to ensure our services exceed client expectations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in project management and sales, ideally within the health sector., Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management and sales, ideally within the healthcare or health technology sector.
Education: Degree in business, healthcare management, or related field (MBA desirable).
Skills: Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition. Exceptional project management and organisational skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com).

Competitive Salary: £65,000.00 (basic)
Bonus: (Year 1) bonus of up to £15,000.00 (on completion of key milestones)
(Year 2) bonus (replacing above) of 5% EBITA paid quarterly
