Project Quantity Surveyor

As a Project Surveyor, you'll take accountability for the development and implementation of pre and post-contract commercial strategies, ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing commercial functions and contract reporting

Supporting procurement, subcontractor management, and valuations

Producing monthly CVRs and commercial reports

Managing cash flow, cost control, and value recovery

Supporting the agreement of final accounts

Ensuring contractual obligations and processes are completed on time

Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners

Promoting health, safety, environmental and compliance standards across projects

Supporting project teams to achieve commercial and operational objectives

Experience in a Quantity Surveying or Project Surveying role

Strong commercial awareness with excellent cost management skills

Knowledge of construction methods, measurement, and valuation

Experience managing subcontractor procurement and contracts

Understanding of NEC contracts (preferred)

Strong financial and analytical skills

The ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

A proactive approach with a focus on delivering results
