delivery Supporting the project through the PCSA and pre-construction stages Procuring and commercially managing subcontract packages from tender through to final account Managing valuations, variations, applications, payments and final accounts Monitoring project costs, forecasting expenditure and maintaining accurate commercial reporting Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities Working closely with project managers, construction teams, design teams, clients and subcontractors Taking ownership of commercial matters across allocated sections of the project Requirements: Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for a Tier 1 main contractor Previous experience working on major projects is essential Strong PCSA / pre-construction experience is essential Experience working across complex, large-scale projects with multiple sectors or workstreams would be advantageous Strong commercial awareness with experience managing significant subcontract packages
