Full Job Description
We're recruiting a Project Officer to support the delivery of the Trust's Organisational Capability work, helping ensure our programmes run smoothly, efficiently and with measurable impact. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination and organisational skills who enjoys working across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. You'll play a vital role in supporting capability projects that underpin how the Trust adapts, learns and delivers change. What it's like to work here This project will deliver the development of Organisational Capability, with an initial focus on transforming line management, and working with and through others. This work is critical to enabling and sustaining the Trust's ability to deliver our new strategy. The project builds directly on the agreed outcomes of the POP group work, which involved extensive engagement with Trust wide teams, leaders, and national specialists. That work identified the future capabilities and organisational requirements needed to operate effectively in a more complex and demanding environment. What you'll be doing Reporting to an Organisational Capability Lead or Project Manager, you'll coordinate and support small projects or defined workstreams within larger programmes, ensuring they are delivered effectively. You'll maintain project plans, schedules, records, and risk logs, while tracking progress, collating data, and supporting reporting on key milestones and overall impact. This role involves supporting stakeholder engagement and enabling clear, effective communication across working groups, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of systems, tools, and processes that support successful project delivery. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues, volunteers, and external partners to ensure alignment and achieve desired outcomes.

- Strong organisational, planning and record keeping skills
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and managing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for contributing to organisation wide change
