Project Officer (CTEC / TIE)

Are you passionate about making a real difference to education, skills and workforce development? Do you enjoy organising activity, managing information and ensuring things run smoothly?

We're looking for a Project Officer to support the delivery of the Construction Technical Excellence College (CTEC) and Teacher Industry Exchange (TIE) programmes across the south west.

Working with training providers, employers and industry partners, you'll coordinate programme activity, support events and placements, maintain accurate records, and help ensure reporting and compliance requirements are met. Your work will play a vital role in keeping both programmes organised, responsive and audit-ready.

This is a varied role where you'll support stakeholder communications, manage programme data, track actions and milestones, and provide essential administrative and project support.

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and detail-focused, with strong communication skills and confidence using a wide range of Microsoft 365 applications. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with a wide range of stakeholders.

Experience in an administrative, project support or programme coordination role is essential. Experience within further education, skills, employer engagement or externally funded programmes would be advantageous.
