Your Housing Group has a fabulous opportunity for a Project Officer who is passionate about supporting vulnerable young people. Ravenhead Foyer is a supported housing project for 32 young people aged 16-25 and offers them the opportunity to make progress in their lives, to build resilience and meet their aspirations. As a Project Officer, you will play a key role in supporting residents to help them achieve their goals, develop independent living and life skills and build excellent relationships with residents, colleagues and professionals from external agencies. What will my working week look like? The Project Officers Work 7 hour shifts Monday to Friday on a rota basis between 8am and 8pm. The shifts for the Project Officer role are below: Week A: 8am to 4pm; Week B: 11am to 7pm; Week C: 12pm to 8pm What will I be responsible for doing? As a Project Officer you will play a key role in supporting residents to help them achieve their goals and move on successfully to independent tenancies. You will do this by building strong working relationships and a holistic support packages. One of the great things about this role is the positive impact you will make to our customers lives and the genuine improvements you will make to their situations. You will be part of a busy office environment and will have administrative duties. There are also some general housekeeping tasks.
