Summary of Role: Raytheon UK's Weapons team is seeking a confident and driven Project Manager to lead a high-performing Integrated Project Team within the Weapons and Sensors business. This role will manage the delivery of technically complex, high-profile projects while building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will drive on-time, high-quality delivery, identify and support new business opportunities, and mentor junior Project Managers. The position also offers opportunities for national and international travel to customers and suppliers. qualification desirable + Proven Project Manager with experience delivering complex projects to time, cost, quality, and P&L targets + Strong issue, scope, risk, and opportunity management skills + Confident decision-maker using project data and performance metrics + Experience managing project finances, reporting, and forecasting + Ability to lead and direct multi-disciplinary teams effectively
