Project Manager - Specialist Care Group

Do you like things being organised, love bringing people together, and want to help build things that matter?We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Business Development Team in the Specialist Care Group.You won't just be updating spreadsheets all day, you will be working alongside our team to co-ordinate service mobilisations, business developments, supporting tender submissions and business cases, tracking actions and helping deliver real projects in real time within our services based across England from Cumbria down to the Isle of Wight.We are looking for someone with experience of co-ordination and admin experience who is ready to develop their career path in project management. If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, we would love to hear from you., o To independently manage a range of projects and provide project support to large/complex projects to deliver change and service improvements across the organisation to ultimately benefit the service users and staff whilst supporting Senior Project Managerso Engaging effectively with Services within the Specialist Care Group, wider Trust Care Groups and corporate team leads to ensure effective delivery of programmes and projectso Support the development of bids/tenders and implementation of new service developmentso Manage the planning and execution of multiple projects.o Work closely with Project Managers and Business Leads to support Care Groups and Corporate Teams to deliver positive and sustainable change for service users and staff through effective delivery of projects and initiativeso Support the Project Managers/Owners on developing project documentation, including identifying project scope, milestones and priorityo Build positive relationships through good excellent
communication and engagement with Stakeholderso Ensure projects remain on track by management of project actions and through the identification (and mitigation) of risks and issues
