Full Job Description

Project Manager - Rowa Installations - BD MMS Medical Dispensing Team (UK, Ireland, Northern Europe) Responsible for coordinating installation engineers, commissioning engineers and leading projects from aftersales to full installation of robotic dispensing units. Requires regular travel to sites in the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe, weekly project team meetings at Winnersh office, and attendance at ad hoc meetings. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Product Solutions Managers, stakeholders, projects, and installation teams to deliver projects on schedule and to customer satisfaction.
  • Design and specify bespoke robotics equipment.
  • Act as primary customer contact through the project lifecycle.
  • Control and communicate project documentation, including timelines, plans, drawings, kick-off notes, milestones, and site meeting notes.
  • Maintain accurate company records and CRM customer information.
  • Conduct on-site surveys to document site and any restrictions.
  • Oversee technical 3D CAD drawings and compile build configuration in the inventory ordering system.
  • Own complex issues, determine root cause, and implement resolution.
  • Handle administrative duties including expense reporting and online training.
  • Maintain proactive attitude toward customer and department needs, lessons learned, and personal training.
  • Achieve individual and team target goals.
  • Work away from home as required to assist installations, internal & external meetings, and training.
  • Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience as a Project Manager in industrial engineering, civil engineering, automation, or capital projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workloads.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated project management and coordination experience.
  • Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coordinating on-site teams and managing installation activities.
  • Comfortable with technical documentation and project drawings; CAD experience or ability to interpret drawings is advantageous.
  • High IT literacy and quick learning of new systems.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
  • Location & Travel Primary work location: Winnersh - Eskdale Road, GBR. Regular travel across the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe. Compensation Annual salary range: £33,300.00 - £50,775.00 GBP.
