Project Manager (Local Government Reorganisation)

You will lead and manage complex projects and work packages, coordinating activity across multiple service areas, stakeholders and partner organisations. You will be responsible for developing project plans, managing risks and dependencies, monitoring progress and ensuring successful delivery against agreed objectives, timescales and quality standards. You will also play a key role in supporting organisational readiness, transformation activity and the realisation of programme benefits.

We are looking for a skilled project professional with experience of delivering complex projects within a transformation or organisational change environment. You will possess excellent planning, stakeholder management and communication skills, alongside knowledge of recognised project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, APM PMQ or Agile. The ability to influence, collaborate and build strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders will be essential to success in this role.
