Full Job Description

Work closely with operational, clinical, and strategic leads to identify and implement best practices.
Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including service users, clinicians, and operational teams, to embed sustainable improvements across the organisation.
Apply your experience in delivering complex projects to support transformation in services accessed by those with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
If you're passionate about making a difference and have the skills to lead impactful projects, we'd love to hear from you., As the Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving transformation across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Project Design & Delivery - Defining project scope, develop a structured plan, and coordinate multiple complex workstreams across the organisation to achieve long-term objectives.
+ Data Analysis & Problem-Solving - Analyse and interpret complex data and qualitative information, identifying challenges and developing effective solutions.
+ Risk & Quality Management - Oversee risk and issue management, ensuring programme integrity, quality assurance, and alignment with organisational and national standards.
+ Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration - Work closely with service users, carers, staff, and external partners to ensure meaningful involvement in project design and delivery.
+ Project & Resource Management - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, managing resources effectively across multiple workstreams.
The post holder must hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010)., + Supporting Transformation & Best Practice - Provide expert guidance on improvement initiatives, benefits realisation, and embedding sustainable change across the organisation.
+ Research & Continuous Improvement - Conduct audits, surveys, and evidence reviews to inform transformation planning and ensure data-driven decision-making.
+ Leadership & Staff Development - Line manage and develop staff, supporting directorates in enhancing their project management expertise.
