We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Lincolnshire to assist with the appointment of a Project Manager - IT, on a 6.5-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration., We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of IT and digital change initiatives within a structured portfolio environment. The successful candidate will manage projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved within fast-paced environments while working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver IT and digital transformation projects
- Shape and progress IT-enabled change aligned to organisational priorities
- Manage project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Proven experience delivering IT and digital change projects - Strong project management experience within fast-paced environments
- Experience using Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Strong risk management and governance experience
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
