Project Manager and Business Planner

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager and Business Planner with deep knowledge of the private hire industry. The ideal candidate will lead strategic planning, oversee operational projects, and drive business growth by optimizing service delivery and market positioning.

The main Key Responsibilities for this role are:

Lead end-to-end project delivery across business, operational, and strategic initiatives

Develop and maintain detailed business plans, financial forecasts, and market analyses

Coordinate internal teams, external stakeholders, and international partners

Monitor project timelines, budgets, KPIs, and risk management frameworks

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth strategies

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)

Proven experience in project management, business planning, strategy, or consulting

Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities

Experience working across international markets and multicultural teams
