Full Job Description
Guildmore Midlands & North is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.,
- Lead and manage projects across design, commercial and production.
- Manage subcontractors, site teams, resources and project programmes.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, quality and environmental requirements.
- Coordinate design, procurement and construction activities.
- Monitor project progress, risks, costs, variations and commercial performance.
- Maintain project programmes, reports, risk registers and site records.
- Drive quality standards and ensure compliance with the Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plans.
- Identify opportunities for value engineering, cost savings and improved delivery.
- Lead coordination meetings and ensure project objectives are achieved.
Minimum 5 years construction project management experience. - Proven experience in cladding remediation and residential construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts and commercial management.
- Experience with high-rise and RC frame projects preferred.
- SMSTS and First Aid qualifications required.
- Construction-related degree preferred. Skills & Attributes
