VINCI Facilities has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our Defence Region, supporting the delivery of construction and infrastructure projects across the MOD Built Estate in the South East. Managing a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from £100k to £5 million, you will be responsible for leading schemes through the full project lifecycle, from initial scoping and design development through to procurement, construction, handover and project close-out. This role offers the opportunity to work on a mixture of new-build, refurbishment and listed-building projects within a secure Defence environment. Due to the nature of the work, applicants must be Sole UK Nationals and hold active High-Level Security Clearance (DV) or have recently lapsed clearance that can be reactivated., As Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of multiple construction projects whilst ensuring programmes, budgets, quality standards and client expectations are achieved. Working closely with Defence stakeholders, consultants, designers and supply chain partners, you will manage projects through all RIBA stages, providing clear leadership, effective communication and strong commercial oversight throughout. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating within a highly regulated environment, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and maintaining strong relationships with military personnel, clients, customers and end users. Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring delivery against agreed programmes, budgets and performance targets.
- Lead projects throughout the full lifecycle, from feasibility and project scoping through to construction, handover and close-out.
- Deliver a range of new-build, refurbishment and listed-building construction projects.
- Develop project scopes and requirements in collaboration with clients and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate project teams, consultants and supply chain partners throughout all RIBA stages.
- Manage procurement activities and oversee contractor performance.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, opportunities, budget performance and programme milestones.
- Present project proposals, designs and progress updates to clients, customers and end users.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Defence, operational and commercial teams.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant governance, quality, health & safety and contractual requirements.
- Provide regular project updates and reporting to the Senior Project Manager.
- Support continuous improvement and best practice across the wider project delivery team
Demonstrable project management experience within a Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering environment. - Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of the RIBA Plan of Work and project delivery lifecycle.
- CSCS Card.
- SMSTS qualification.
- IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
- Excellent commercial awareness and experience managing contractors and supply chain partners.
- Outstanding organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands effectively.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a willingness to support the wider project delivery team.
- Willingness to work on-site across Buckinghamshire. Security Requirements Due to the secure nature of this role, applicants must:

- Be willing to undergo any additional security vetting required by the client.
