You will manage all aspects of the package scope, including design, procurement, installation, logistics, compliance, commissioning, and handover, ensuring work is delivered safely, professionally, on time, and to the highest quality standards. - Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of designated work packages, providing informed input into financial forecasting, CVR, and profit improvement initiatives.
- Proactively manage risks and opportunities, ensuring mitigation actions are implemented and that commercial impacts are clearly understood, allocated, and communicated.
- Drive compliance with the project quality plan, company procedures, and corporate governance standards by analysing performance data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions while maintaining accurate quality records.
Strong knowledge and practical experience in managing multiple disciplines, interfaces, and sequencing of works across complex projects. - Proven success in delivering large-scale MEP contracts within a collaborative project environment, ideally in a Tier 1 MEP environment.
- Formal Health & Safety qualifications, including SMSTS as a minimum.

- Experience in line management, with a focus on team leadership, performance management, and people development.
