Full Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will lead engineering projects throughout their full lifecycle, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with customer expectations. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project risks, and maintain clear communication throughout every stage of project execution. About the Team You'll become part of a collaborative Project Management team within NOV's Fluid Motion Solutions business. Working closely with colleagues across Commercial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Operations, you'll gain broad exposure to the complete manufacturing process while contributing to successful project delivery. Why This Role Matters This is a role where no two projects are the same. You'll balance technical requirements, production priorities, and customer expectations while working with multiple stakeholders across the business. Success comes from building strong relationships, making sound decisions, and keeping projects moving in a fast-paced engineering environment. About NOV NOV is a global provider of technology-driven equipment, systems, services, and software solutions supporting energy production and industrial operations worldwide. Within our Fluid Motion Solutions business, we design, manufacture, and support pumping and fluid handling technologies that help customers improve reliability, efficiency, and operational performance. What We Offer

  • The opportunity to work with experienced professionals across multiple engineering and manufacturing disciplines.
  • A collaborative environment where knowledge sharing and teamwork are essential to success.
  • The autonomy to manage your own projects while being supported by established processes and experienced colleagues.
  • Career development opportunities within a global engineering organisation, with potential to explore different functions as your career grows.
