Full Job Description

You will be working very closely with the senior program manager and managing projects in their entirety.
This is a highly collaborative role so will be working with numerous stakeholders and customers.
Work within an IPT environment (Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial…) to ensure that the projects under your responsibility are resourced appropriately.
Create and execute project plans, including revisions where necessary to meet changing needs and requirements. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
Managing the day-to-day aspects of projects and keeping them rolling forward to meet agreed timelines. Pro-actively manage and track changes in project scope.
Project documentation must be accurate and to be kept up to date.
Working with and managing a core PM team

Strong project management skills and experience ideally in complex projects in a matrix environment.
Proven experience in Project Management, ideally within a manufacturing environment demonstrating a minimum of two years.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite, Project and JDE/SAP)
Commercial knowledge/awareness and a strong focus on the delivery of objectives
Good planning skills (Microsoft Project or Primavera)
Knowledge of Earned Value Management and Product Lifecycle - PDR, CDR, FAI.
Is a change agent to drive continuous improvements in a highly challenging environment
Extended customer exposure experience
