What You'll Be DoingDeliver Projects - Lead day-to-day execution, ensuring projects meet technical, commercial, and quality expectations. Drive Improvements - Identify efficiencies, manage change, and maximise value through proactive optimisation.Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Work closely with Sales, Planning, Finance, Technical, and Contract teams to ensure aligned delivery. Maintain Performance & Control - Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and compliance to keep projects on track. Lead Teams - Coordinate site, commissioning, and project teams to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.Resolve Challenges - Step in to stabilise or recover projects, implementing corrective actions as needed. Support Growth - Contribute to resource planning, strategic initiatives, and future project opportunities. Develop Capability - Mentor team members and promote best practice through knowledge sharing and training.
What You Bring
QualificationsDegree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or similarProject Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) Experience10+ years' experience in Data Centres, Industrial Cooling, or a mission-critical environmentProven success managing large-scale, complex projectsStrong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills Skills & MindsetNatural leader with excellent collaboration skillsStrategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-focused approachStrong financial and contract management understandingConfidence to make decisions and handle high-pressure situations
