Project Manager

Our Project Managers are a critical part of our business. The focus of this role is to provide visible leadership, insight, coordination, and foresight in the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of projects, while maintaining excellent client relationships and mentoring site and project teams., As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and managing project briefs, programmes, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery against agreed milestones
• Leading on-site teams, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining high standards of quality and finish
• Monitoring project budgets, managing variations, controlling costs, and approving progress claims
• Acting as the primary client interface, providing clear, regular progress updates and ensuring client satisfaction
• Ensuring full compliance with health, safety and environmental standards, including RAMS and risk assessments
• Managing project documentation including RFIs, change control, and snagging processes
• Supporting, mentoring, and deputising for the Project Director when required
