Full Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a strong Commercial IT Project Manager to support a major pharmaceutical client. This role is fully remote within the UK, with periodic travel to Western Europe.
The PM will join the Commercial IT organization and lead a Commercial Operations Data Enterprise Repository initiative that is currently in its discovery phase. The PM will work closely with data teams and vendors located across the EU and Japan. The client currently operates multiple data warehouses, lakes, and repositories. The goal of this program is to create a unified, harmonized approach to accessing, testing, and managing commercial data. Snowflake is the primary platform, so experience with it is highly preferred.
This role will be an Inside IR35 contract and working UK hours.
This role will be 75% project management duties like:Lead status meetings and drive accountability across cross-functional teamsIdentify, track, and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and resource needsEnsure project scope, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned with overall program healthCoordinate with global vendors and internal stakeholders across multiple regions
It will also consist of 25% BA duties like:Conduct stakeholder elicitation and process modelingDevelop and maintain BRDs, user stories, and other requirement documentationPerform GAP analyses
The ideal candidate will have strong recent experience working as a PM within commercial IT supporting large data platform modernization programs with snowflake.
Must-Have QualificationsHands-on experience as a Commercial IT Project ManagerStrong, recent experience with commercial data platforms in pharma-ideally Snowflake; Salesforce or other commercial IT data products are acceptableSome Business Analyst capabilitiesStrong technical aptitude, including familiarity with data architecture, data flow methodologies (APIs, file-based), and data quality toolsExperience supporting large data platform modernization programs, including migration/cutover planning and change managementProven experience managing vendors and vendor-led project delivery
