Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of property fit-outs, refurbishments, and improvement works across multiple sites. You'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while coordinating contractors, managing costs, and maintaining high standards throughout. Working closely with the Head of Property, you'll play a key role in delivering the wider property strategy with strong commercial control and operational oversight.,

• Deliver projects from planning through to completion
• Coordinate contractors and ensure safe, timely delivery
• Oversee refurbishments, fit-outs, and improvement works across multiple sites
• Track budgets, manage costs, and approve invoices/variations
• Monitor progress and resolve issues impacting delivery or quality
• Manage supplier and contractor relationships and performance
• Forecast project spend and maintain cashflow visibility
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety and building regulations
• Support new site assessments, scopes, and cost planning
• Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and performance
Success in 3 Months Looks Like:
• Projects delivered on time and within budget

  Experience in property, refurbishment, or construction project delivery
• Confident managing contractors and multiple live projects
• Strong commercial awareness and budget control experience
• Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Strong communicator with stakeholder confidence
