Project Manager

Salary: Up to £100,000 + Package We are partnering with a highly regarded, well-established main contractor to appoint a proven Senior Project Manager for a £35m flagship refurbishment and fit-out project. This is a career-defining opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with a history of long tenure, loyalty and full cradle-to-grave project delivery, who is trusted to run complex schemes with minimal oversight. The Role Reporting at senior level, you will take full responsibility for the autonomous delivery of a high-profile project from pre-construction through to completion and handover. Key responsibilities: End-to-end leadership of a £35m refurbishment and fit-out project
Full ownership from early design coordination and procurement strategy through construction and final account
Acting as the senior operational lead for the main contractor
Managing project, commercial and site teams, alongside external consultants
Driving programme certainty, cost control, quality and risk management
Leading subcontractor procurement, performance and relationships
Senior stakeholder management with clients, consultants and internal directors
Ensuring best-in-class standards of H&S, compliance and delivery About You This role is suited to a career Senior Project Manager, not a transient one. You will be able to demonstrate: Long tenure with previous main contractors, showing commitment, progression and accountability
Delivery of similar large-scale refurbishment and/or fit-out projects (£20m-£50m+)

Proven cradle-to-grave experience, from pre-construction and procurement through to completion and close-out
Confidence operating with genuine autonomy on complex schemes
Strong commercial and contractual understanding
A calm, authoritative leadership style with the ability to challenge and influence
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management capability
Qualifications, Construction-related degree or equivalent experience
