Full Job Description
We're looking for a collaborative and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead and support a range of change initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with our Business Process Optimisation Team and contributing to our ERP system project, this role will play an important part in shaping how new systems, processes, and ways of working are introduced across the group.,
- Lead the planning, delivery, and implementation of business change projects across multiple areas of the organisation
- Work closely with Business Process Optimisation Managers, IT teams, and operational stakeholders to progress system and process improvements
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and delivery plans aligned to strategic priorities
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, and governance meetings to ensure alignment and project momentum
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and maintain clear reporting to senior stakeholders
- Support the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working across the business
If you're an experienced Project Manager who enjoys working across different business areas, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering projects that combine business change with IT and ERP development, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact., You'll have delivered business change or transformation projects within a complex organisation, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities - Some level of recognised project management qualification would be essential
- Your stakeholder management skills give you the confidence working with colleagues across different business areas and building relationships at all levels
- You're experienced in supporting or delivering IT change, with exposure to system or ERP environments and an understanding of how technology and business processes interact
- You're experienced across several delivery methodologies and frameworks with the ability to tailor delivery methods to suit the needs of the business and project
- Your communication and facilitation skills drive you to run workshops, keep stakeholders engaged, and present clear updates to a range of audiences
- You're proactive and collaborative in your approach, resilient when working through challenges and motivated by delivering meaningful change
- A certification or formal training in Change Management would be desirable
