As a construction Project Manager in Birmingham, you will take a hands-on approach to deliver engaging projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered within budget, on time, and meet the client's requirements., As a Project Manager, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing construction projects (depending on size and complexity) from inception to completion, with full support from Senior Management.
• Ensuring all projects are delivered within budget, on time, and to the client's requirements, including regular site visits and inspections.
• Efficiently managing multi-disciplined project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, in a collaborative manner.
• Developing project management strategies, including planning, programming, and scheduling, to monitor project progress.
• Identifying and mitigating risks and challenges, creating and implementing contingency plans as necessary.
• Monitoring project budgets and tracking expenditures using cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintaining and building relationships with clients, stakeholders, project teams, and the supply chain to provide exceptional service.
• Ensuring compliance with construction health and safety regulations, relevant legal and industry standards, and contractual agreements.
