Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent full time (36.25 hours per week) Project Management officer & Portfolio Analyst, based in Carlisle, Newcastle and Workington with a salary of £36,421- 39,061 per annum. This is an exciting time to become a member of our team as CCHA continues to grow and deliver the best possible services to our customers.


As a Project and Portfolio Analyst, you'll play a key role in portfolio governance, working in a structured PMO/portfolio-managed environment and operating confidently with data to analyse performance, assure delivery against agreed standards, and generate high-quality insights. You'll work closely with me and also collaborate with key stakeholders and the delivery teams to support effective decision-making while driving continuous improvement of portfolio processes, data quality, and governance standards. As a Project Management officer & Portfolio Analyst you'll play a key role in portfolio governance and have the opportunity to work with key stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of the change portfolio whilst driving the continuous improvement of portfolio standards. If you have the experience we're looking for, are self motivated, have a high level of attention to detail and able to build effective relationships with stakeholders I'd like to hear from you.
