Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and customer-focusedSenior Implementation & Training Officerto join our ICT team and play a pivotal role in delivering digital transformation across the Local Health Community.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation, adoption, and training of innovative ICT systems that support healthcare professionals in delivering outstanding patient care. Working closely with clinicians, managers, and stakeholders, you will ensure that technology solutions meet both business and clinical requirements while providing excellent customer service throughout the implementation journey.
As a Senior Implementation & Training Officer, you will support the Project Implementation and Training Team Leader in developing and delivering implementation and training activities that contribute to national and local digital transformation programmes.
We are an award-winning NHS Foundation Trust working alongside health and social care colleagues across the county to provide acute and community healthcare services to more than 420,000 people across Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark and Sherwood, and parts of Derbyshire and Lincolnshire.
