strong technical expertise with commercial insight, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure our developments are delivered efficiently, competitively and to the highest standards.Preparing and managing build cost estimates from concept through to budget approvalDeveloping and maintaining detailed cost plans and development budgetsProducing Bills of Quantities and undertaking material take-offs from technical drawingsWorking collaboratively with design, procurement and delivery teams to optimise cost and buildabilityManaging and reviewing input from external cost consultantsBuilding and maintaining a robust cost database (materials, labour, plant, supply chain)Supporting land appraisals and feasibility studiesMonitoring market trends to inform cost strategy and decision-makingLeading and supporting junior team members, including mentoring and developmentContributing to project meetings and supporting commercial decision-makingPricing variations and customer

extras in collaboration with Sales and Construction teamsWhat you'll bringProven experience in estimating within high-rise residential or mixed-use developmentsStrong knowledge of construction methods, measurement and cost planningExperience producing detailed build cost plans and budgetsConfident working cross-functionally with technical, commercial and delivery teamsStrong analytical capability and attention to detailProficient in cost management and estimating softwareQualifications (desirable)Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or Commercial ManagementProfessional membership (e.g. MRICS, MCIOB, CIPS)CSCS CardWhy join us?25 days annual leave, increasing with service to 33 days.
