  Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline

• Strong understanding of construction safety standards including CDM regulations and site management practices
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary design and engineering teams
• Proficiency in BIM tools and workflows (e.g. Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360)
• Familiarity with UK building regulations and planning procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoDesk tools
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
