We're looking for an Engineering & Improvements Project Enginereer to join our Doncaster Engineering team and play a pivotal role in delivering engineering projects, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the future development of our manufacturing operation s. About the r ole Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll lead a wide variety of engineering and capital improvement projects that enhance safety, reliability, efficiency, and operational performance across our Doncaster site ite. This is a diverse role combining project management, continuous improvement leadership, engineering support, and site development. You'll also become the site's lead for Continuous Improvement, helping embed the global Orbia CI framework and delivering measurable improvements across the business

  • Proven experience as an Engineering Project Engineer within a manufacturing environment

  • excellenceTechnical knowledge of injection moulding, extrusion, or automated assembly systems would be advantageous
  • advantageousExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills
