We're looking for a Project Engineer to deliver a high volume of Minor New Works (MNW) projects within a live manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in coordinating multiple concurrent projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly, on time and within budget whilst maintaining operational continuity. Role Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and deliver multiple engineering projects from initiation through to close-out.
  • Develop project documentation, including project briefs, Project Initiation Documentation (PID), project plans and risk assessments.
  • Lead project delivery activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, to programme, within scope and budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates and obtaining key approvals.
  • Manage project risks, issues and quality requirements, ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Monitor financial performance, project costs and programme delivery, implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Coordinate internal teams and supply chain partners, providing technical guidance and maintaining delivery momentum across all workstreams.

    Required Qualifications Experience in a Project Engineer or project delivery role within construction, facilities management or infrastructure environments.
  • Experience delivering projects of varying complexity, value and risk within a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of CDM Regulations, health and safety compliance, and quality assurance processes.
  • Engineering or project management qualification (HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • SMSTS, SSSTS or IOSH qualification is desirable.
