Project Director

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Project Director to lead the successful delivery of major civil engineering projects across the UK., This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, operational excellence, and the ability to drive high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.,

• Proven track record in a Project Director / Senior Project Manager role within a Tier 1 or major contractor
• Extensive experience delivering complex civil engineering / infrastructure projects (e.g. highways, rail, utilities, structures)
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge (e.g. NEC contracts)
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
• Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Chartered status (CEng/MICE) desirable but not essential
