Project Coordinator (IT&D)

The IT Portfolio Delivery team is seeking a driven Project Coordinator to join the Portfolio Management Office (PMO). The PMO provides the structure, process and oversight needed to help teams deliver projects successfully and consistently across the organisation. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of our IT & Digital Information Security Programme, while supporting and guiding stakeholders at all levels of the university. The role offers a flexible work arrangement where the successful candidate will work from the office for two to three days a week and remotely for the remaining working days. This approach balances the benefits of in-person collaboration, team engagement, and relationship building with the flexibility, autonomy, and improved work-life balance offered by remote working.,

• Coordination of IT project delivery activities.
• Management of project governance, reporting, and administration.
• Maintenance of RAID logs, plans, actions, and portfolio data.
• Support stakeholder communication and project meetings.
• Provide PMO assurance and compliance support.
• Produce portfolio reporting and management information.
• Contribute to consistency and continuous improvement across the PMO.
About you To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Experience supporting projects, programmes, or change initiatives.
• Experience organising and supporting project meetings, steering groups etc.
• Experience supporting structured governance processes and reporting cycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
