You'll be responsible for:Managing safe, high-quality and compliant delivery, promoting wellbeing, inclusion and strong PMO and Project Controls standards.Shaping and implement effective PMO and Project Controls strategies while strengthening service excellence and industry engagement.Managing project teams across cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting, supporting long-term strategic development.Mentoring teams, share best practice, and support resourcing to enable people and projects to excel.Managing PMO and Project Controls delivery, ensuring effective frameworks, baseline management and robust governance across assigned commissions.Providing expert guidance on cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting while maintaining strong client relationships.Managing and developing PMO and Project Controls teams, supporting integration with Planning disciplines.Driving compliance, mitigate risks and support net-zero objectives throughout project delivery.You'll need to have:Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent) with strong ongoing development.Extensive delivery-phase experience across complex property or infrastructure programmes.Strong commercial, financial and senior-stakeholder management capability.Proven leadership of diverse teams with awareness of carbon and sustainability considerations.Our valuesSafety first - Going home safe and well: We champion a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment, understanding the importance of wellbeing in every team.Client focus - Deliver on our promise: We own the quality of deliverables, strategic outcomes and build long term relationships with our clients.Integrity - Always do the right thing: We influence positive outcomes within our industry, while always aligning with our compliance obligations.Create opportunity - For our people to excel: We champion a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities, inspiring our people and teams to develop.
