Full Job Description

Managing the delivery of projects to agreed time, cost and quality, managing fees, risk and change effectively. Coordinate with clients, design teams, consultants and contractors to manage resources, drive performance and ensure successful outcomes, communicating strategy clearly to align teams with project expectations. You'll be responsible for:
- Managing project tasks and support programme delivery.
- Providing subject matter expertise across teams.
- Managing design, consultants and stakeholders.
- Developing integrated design and delivery programmes.
- Delivering objectives and manage KPIs.
- Overseeing risk, budget and quality controls.
- Managing meetings and ensure compliant handover.
- Championing digital, sustainability and net-zero goals.
Substantial previous work experience in project management (or equivalent). - MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS (or working towards) or local equivalent.
- Tertiary qualifications in related (project management and/or construction related discipline), non-related degree or equivalent professional experience/apprenticeship, combined with a demonstrable intermediate level of role knowledge.
- Appropriate construction skills certification scheme (CSCS) card.
