Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised Project Administrator to join a growing team supporting the delivery of high-volume projects across a major government contract a large estate throughout the UK., This position supports a major government contract and involves coordinating a variety of projects. Responsibilities include project administration, subcontractor coordination, site access arrangements, purchase order management, record keeping, reporting, and supporting multiple Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
Some UK travel may be required to attend meetings and support project activities on site., Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers and project teams.
Manage and maintain project documentation, reports, and contract records.
Schedule meetings, coordinate diaries, prepare agendas, and produce meeting minutes.
Monitor project progress and support delivery against agreed timescales and budgets.
Assist with budget tracking, cost monitoring, and expense processing.
Raise and manage purchase orders and support project financial administration.
Coordinate communications between project teams, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Support project governance, reporting, compliance requirements, and site coordination activities.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or similar support role.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with meeting coordination and minute taking.
Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel within the UK when required
