  • Coordinate project meetings, stakeholder communications, and project-related queries, liaising with both internal and external colleagues as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, action logs, and reports, ensuring records are updated and compliant with governance requirements.
  • Monitor and update project timelines, meeting schedules, and key deadlines, supporting Project Managers with the smooth delivery of projects.

  • We are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join our Programme Management Office (PMO) team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a range of organisational projects, ensuring they are effectively coordinated, accurately documented, and delivered in line with governance and reporting requirements.This is a permanent, full time role working on a hybrid arrangement over Monday to Friday. Travel to BPAS Head Office will typically be monthly, although this will vary depending on project needs. About You You will have proven experience working within an administrative or project support environment, where you have managed priorities and maintained accurate records and documentation. You will be highly organised, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders internally and externally. With excellent attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and a positive collaborative approach to supporting project delivery. Familiarity with project management processes or tools would be advantageous.,
