Full Job Description

  • Project Coordination & Support - Assisting in planning and executing project activities, tracking deadlines, and supporting project managers.
  • Documentation & Reporting - Managing project documentation, budgets, and reports while ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Stakeholder & Communication Management - Acting as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating vendors, and keeping teams informed.
  • Risk & Compliance Management - Monitoring project risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting with quality control.
  • Resource & Logistics Coordination - Working closely with Procurement and IT teams, arranging materials, and supporting onboarding of new team members.
  • Problem-Solving & Risk Management - Identifying challenges early, adapting plans, and ensuring smooth project execution.

  • Desirable Skills of a Project Administrator:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of budgeting and financial tracking
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
