Full Job Description
- Project Coordination & Support - Assisting in planning and executing project activities, tracking deadlines, and supporting project managers.
- Documentation & Reporting - Managing project documentation, budgets, and reports while ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Stakeholder & Communication Management - Acting as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating vendors, and keeping teams informed.
- Risk & Compliance Management - Monitoring project risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting with quality control.
- Resource & Logistics Coordination - Working closely with Procurement and IT teams, arranging materials, and supporting onboarding of new team members.
- Problem-Solving & Risk Management - Identifying challenges early, adapting plans, and ensuring smooth project execution.

- Previous experience in project coordination or administration Desirable Skills of a Project Administrator:
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of budgeting and financial tracking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
