Full Job Description

Progress Mentors will support the pastoral, social and emotional needs of students to include delivery of tutorials, wellbeing support and advice and guidance. They will be required to track and monitor student achievement, retention and attendance rates and take action to support improvement where necessary.

  • Experience of working with children
  • Ideally you will have proven success in improving student outcomes in a school or college.
  • An ability to build effective working relationships with both students and adults

    Salary: £25,109 - £25,907 (Actual Salary), Band 4b (SCP 11 to SCP 12) FTE Salary: £28,634 - £29,544 Contract type: (1 x 12-month Maternity Cover position available and 1 x Permanent position available - Full Time - Term Time plus 1 week)
