Progress and Inclusion Lead

North Hertfordshire College is looking for a passionate and proactive Progress and Inclusion Lead to play a key role in ensuring every student has the support, guidance and opportunities they need to succeed.

As part of our Student Success & Inclusion team, you will lead an engaging tutorial programme, monitor student progress and attendance, coordinate targeted interventions, and work closely with curriculum and support teams to remove barriers to learning. Particular focus will be on supporting disadvantaged and SEND learners to achieve their full potential.

This role would be very suitable for a recent graduate who is looking to work in education!

What You'll Do

Lead and deliver high-quality tutorials focused on progress, wellbeing and employability.

Monitor attendance, engagement and achievement data to identify students who need additional support.

Coordinate interventions and support services to improve outcomes.

You'll be an excellent communicator with strong coaching and mentoring skills, experience supporting learners to achieve positive outcomes, and a genuine commitment to inclusion and student success.
