If you have experience working with young people (16+) in an educational, youth work or club/voluntary setting and are interested in a career in education, we want to hear from you.
We are seeking a motivated and reliable team player to join our highly successful, established team of Progress Coaches. Responsible for a number of tutor groups and offering 1:1 guidance, you will be monitoring the academic progress and supporting the onward progression and broader college experience of an assigned group of KS5 students, helping them to achieve their maximum potential. Prior knowledge and experience of working with young people aged 16-18 is preferable, as are excellent interpersonal skills.
To be successful, you will have excellent communication and administrative skills and a proactive working style and be adaptable, flexible, and enthusiastic. Like us, you will be passionate about the power of education, determined to set the highest standards in everything you do - and ready to learn and grow every day.
In return, we offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including pension, travel discounts, free wi-fi, and a cycle-to-work scheme, and fantastic working facilities, including free onsite parking and a fitness suite. You can also expect plenty of scope for professional development - enabling you to take your career anywhere further.
