The role is hybrid with at least one day a week in Woodhatch Place, Reigate (usually Tuesday) and may also involve travel across Surrey and further afield., As a Programme Support Officer, you will be pivotal in supporting the delivery of Connect to Work, Work Well and other programmes and services across Surrey County Council. Surrey is currently delivering the Connect to Work programme and will soon launch the new WorkWell programme, making this an exciting time to join a growing and impactful service. You will work as part of a wider team to manage the front door for all referrals into the different programmes and services on offer, providing triage, initial assessment and signposting to ensure residents are directed to the most appropriate support. Through accurate and timely data entry and management, you will help ensure compliance with contract requirements are met. You will become an expert user of a bespoke Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, maintaining up-to-date participant records, alongside recording information on DWP's Provider Referrals and Payments system (PRaP) to effectively manage participant journeys. You will support the Supported Employment Services Manager with coordinating the employment support offer across Surrey, acting as a key connector to services within the Council and delivered by partners, while working across the wider Economy & Growth function to achieve shared outcomes. Our 'STEP Surrey' resident portal will be central to this role, where you will help to record, triage, signpost and respond to queries. In addition, you will provide wider programme and administrative support, including preparing reports and programme documentation, supporting monitoring and contract compliance, assisting with financial processes such as invoices and purchase orders, supporting onboarding of new staff, and contributing to events and meetings., 1. Outline your experience of using CRM systems to capture information, manage referrals and appointments, and maintain accurate records. Outline your experience of providing administrative support within employment support programmes (or similar services). In your response, include examples of tasks such as producing reports, preparing programme documentation, supporting with audit preparation, monitoring compliance, providing financial administrative support (including basic bookkeeping), and managing diaries. 3. Outline your experience of supporting employment support programmes (or similar services), and the role you have played within these. In your response, include examples of your responsibilities and how you contributed to the delivery and outcomes of the programme. 4. Outline your experience of providing high-quality customer service within employment support programmes (or similar services). In your response, include examples of how you built positive relationships with service users and stakeholders, and how you ensured a responsive and professional service.

This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, where you can play a vital role in delivering meaningful outcomes for Surrey residents.,

    The starting salary for this role is £34,660 per annum based on a 36-hour working week. This is a fixed term post until March 2029 with the possibility for further extension subject to funding., Option to buy up to 10 days of additional annual leave
