Full Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Programme Manager - Property & Regeneration to provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of major regeneration, property and place-based projects. Reporting to the Head of Property, Construction, Regeneration & Economic Development, you will lead the development and delivery of multi-million-pound capital and grant-funded programmes, securing investment and driving transformational change across the county.
The successful candidate will have significant experience of programme and project management, partnership working, funding acquisition and stakeholder engagement, along with strong leadership skills and the ability to influence at a senior level. You will work closely with Welsh Government, UK Government, developers, investors, community stakeholders and elected members to deliver ambitious regeneration outcomes.
