Acting as a role model for teaching excellence, you'll have experience in monitoring and implementing quality systems and in delivering operational plans that meet performance targets.
You will be skilled in developing new courses and programs that address the needs of diverse learners, and capable of successfully influencing and managing delegated tasks.
Your experience in course management and working effectively within a team will complement your ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
You will also have experience managing staff, including performance management, motivation, and development.
Proficiency in using ICT as both a teaching and management tool is essential.
