Programme Manager

The role of Programme Manager sits within the Technology Delivery function, delivering technology-enabled change projects and programmes across the wider Group. You will lead business-critical projects and programmes that support Sanctuary's Corporate Strategy 2026 to 2030, helping us deliver high-quality, customer-centred services, invest in safe and future-ready homes, strengthen long-term financial sustainability and equip colleagues with the tools, skills and ways of working they need to thrive. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders across Technology and the wider Group, turning strategic priorities into well-governed, deliverable plans that create clear outcomes for customers, colleagues and communities. The role of Programme Manager will include:

• Programme management of key business and Technology programmes, delivering solutions both application and infrastructure
• Liaison with stakeholders in business areas, but also matrix management of technology resources
• Provision of management information as required for programmes
• Provide high quality management information to the Senior Technology Leadership Team on project and programme progress and issues
  
  Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification
• MSP Practitioner
• Comprehensive experience of managing large scale Technology projects
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organisation, project management and planning skills
• Advanced Microsoft Project or similar
• Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
• High levels of commercial acumen

• Role salary is £56,110 with an additional policy allowance of £12,299 per annum (rising to £59,059 with an additional policy allowance of £12,945 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
