Working across multiple stakeholders, functions, and customer environments, you'll lead high-profile programmes from concept through to successful implementation. A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Leading large-scale logistics and supply chain transformation programmes from planning through to successful delivery.
• Governing constituent project timelines, budgets, resources risks to ensure delivery against agreed objectives.
• Engaging with senior operational, commercial, and IT stakeholders to align priorities and secure programme success.
• Tracking programme benefits and ensuring outcomes are delivered in line with approved business cases.
• Leading cross-functional project teams and providing guidance, support, and coaching to Project Managers.
• Driving change management activity to support operational adoption and long-term business improvement.
• Identifying, managing, and mitigating programme risks while providing clear progress updates to senior leadership teams.
